    Description

This is a Rare ww1 wwi German Uhlan Leather Horseback Leggings In Very Good Condition.  These leggings were worn all throughout Germany in World War 1, as the name implies, these were used for horseback for lower leg and impact protection. These leggings or at least 70 to 100 years old, so do expect wear. One legging was stored inside of the other, so one looks normal in the other is bent, see photos, this is how they were stored in German warehouses, not how I personally stored them. The leggings don't match, but they're supposed to match, they were made to be different, I'm not sure why they're different but I think it has to do with something with the horse and riding it. The leather is thick, a little stiff but overall in really good condition. These are awesome display pieces as both of them still retain nearly all of their original color.  All of the original stitching is still there with none being replaced.  Overall, great condition.
Let me know if you have any questions, thanks!
