    Description

    Up for bid is a Rare Antique, Pliers - Farrier's tool.  It was made by J Caspers, of Lancaster, Wis.  It measures about 13"s in length. and is stamped Pat May 6, 1913. These are used for taking off and installing Horseshoe caulks,  Caulks are studs in the shoes for ice and snow, just like studded tires. This tool has been used, but still in great working condition.  Has normal nicks, dents, and scratches, It has some age staining.  Joint has a little bit of side movement, but not bad for an antique tool.  Free shipping in the U.S.
