NWT Teri Jon Sapphire blue evening gown dress 18/20

Description

I am selling this NWT Teri Jon sapphire Blue evening gown.  The gown is a size 18 but could fit a size 20 due to stretchy material/fabric.
The gown is an off the shoulder gown.  It has the ruffle details that goes across the bust and around the shoulders. It has a built in corset so you don't need to wear a separate bra with it.
This gown has a small train.  It has never been altered.
I purchased it from Neiman Marcus online a few seasons ago but it was too big for me and I never bothered to return it for a smaller size.
Measurements are approximate:  Bust 22", Waist 19"  Hips 23"
I usually wear a size 16 or 18 in Teri Jon gown that are satin fabric (hence no stretch).
I am selling it at a low price for anyone who has a formal occasion coming up (like wedding/ Mother of Bride or Prom) but doesn't want to break the bank buying a designer gown.
