What this means for our customers
: There are no Annoying credits to deal with. We only charge you if you do not send us the old core within 30 days of purchase! We make core return as quick and easy as possible!
Definition of core:
The core is the old unit, which was replaced by the new or rebuilt item. Some new items, for example the Alliant product line, require the return of the old core.
Shipping Method:
After installing the new / rebuilt item, simply put OLD ITEM / UNIT back in the original shipping box. Please drain off oil or fuel if possible. Wrap in sturdy plastic bag if needed.

Core Physical Condition
: We do not grade or issue partial credit of core unless it has been in a fire; has been disassembled (i.e. not in "as removed condition"). Cores need to be returned within 30 Days - please call if you need additional time for core return.
After 30 Days:
The credit card that we have on file will be charged for the amount of the core (amount will very depending on the part, and will appear on the invoice).
If the core is returned after 30 days a full refund of the core charge minus 10% will be issued to the customer.
No core refund will be given after 60 days.
DO NOT INSTALL OUR PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL WARRANTY TERMS.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Mylex International Inc., hereafter mentioned as Mylex, issues the following warranty on all Mylex products. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product only, unless approved of in writing by Mylex. Our product is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the original purchase date. The obligation of Mylex under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit. Repair or replacement of the unit shall be at the sole discretion of Mylex. The defective unit must be returned within 30 days of the failure date to be considered for warranty.
Any product that is not installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines is not covered under any warranty by Mylex. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. All obligations or liabilities of Mylex are expressly disclaimed, including claims for R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience cost.
Our product is intended to be installed by the purchaser of Mylex products. Any damage or defect caused by a third party installer is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser of the product. In addition, Mylex is not responsible for any R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience cost relative to third party installers of our product.
Mylex assumes no liability or responsibility for injector failure that are the result of the use of fuels and/or additives not approved by the original manufacturer of the engine and/or vehicle.
This warranty does not apply to any part or unit that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Mylex. Nor, to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or damage from foreign material such as water or dirt. This warranty will only be honored at the facilities of Mylex.
