    Item was purchased for use with our brand new HD Scoreboards on the field and in the gym; however, we don't need this because we are using all HD, 4KHD equipment so there is nothing to convert.  So it is "open box" in the sense that we opened it, hooked up to ac power to verify it worked, but have never used it.  All box and packing is original.  Price listed is negotiable to a point.  This is basically a brand new item
