Antique Brass Modulating Steam Pressure Gauge Pat July 4 1883 railroad
The dial reads "3 inch" on the bottom left, and is marked 129 and 330 at the bottom of the dial.
Note:  The Patent Date shown is July 4, and appears to read 1893 (as is consistent with a Star patent date; but the year is hard to read).  Measures ~3 1/2" diameter.  It weighs just under 1 lb.
