    Description

New element specially adapted Bosch Auxiliary Air Valve (AAV). For Bosch Injection system
Finally on the market is a new AAV-part element replacing a defective element in the old Bosch Auxiliary Air Valve. Almost all classic cars with mechanical injection system from Bosch will experience problems as the old original element rarely closes completely. Often the old element has a 2-
    3 mm
opening when the engine is at fully operating temperature. Thus, you will experience problems with the Auxiliary Air Valve bypassing air after the engine has reached operating temperature. This leads to higher idling and fuel consumption. Additionally, it will be impossible to adjust the idle speed with the adjusting screw. It is not uncommon that many are driving with high idle while the idling adjustment screw is fully closed.
The new AAV-part element is developed and especially adapted to fit cars from the late  1960-, 1970-, and 1980s, which were equipped with a mechanical Bosch injection system. Today these are beautiful classic cars aged 30-45 years.
In order to reduce the time the engine is at higher idle, the element is designed to close completely at 55 degrees Celsius. By replacing the old element with the new AAVpart-element, you will experience enhanced driving pleasure. This includes reduced fuel consumption, less environmental impact, lower idle, reduced wear and tear on brakes and engine, along with an engine that is possible to fine-tune properly.
It is a common perception that it is impossible to replace the Bosch Auxiliary Air Valve-element. However, this can easily be done if you only know how to perform it. Along with your new AAV-part element is attached a complete disassembly-, and assembly instruction guide showing how this is performed. A skilled DIY mechanic will be able to replace the element him selves. The instruction guide shows you step by step, with pictures, how this is performed.
The AAV-part element and instruction guide will be sent worldwide by priority mail.
