14k Gold/Lapis Bangle Bracelet-Aesthetic/Edwardian/Arts&Crafts-18.6g-Kalo Era

Interior circumference:  7 3/4".
Center cabochon:  12mm x 9mm.
2 side cabochons:  10mm x 7mm.
Total weight:  18.6 grams.
DESCRIPTION:
Antique bangle bracelet in Arts & Crafts style.
14k yellow gold, lapis lazuli.  Applied vine/leaves.  3 lapis cabochons in fine sawtooth bezels.  Hand fabricated.  All original.
Markings:  stamped "14k" along with an unidentified maker's mark (possibly a conjoined HB or TM).
Early 20th century I believe.  Presumed USA.
CONDITION:
Excellent original condition.  No damage.  No significant wear.  No restorations.
No signs of abuse.
No dings, dents, mars, creases, bends, cracks, splits, chips.  No losses/missing elements.  No loose stones.  No scuffs.  No significant scratches or rubs.
On very close inspection you may detect some typical light handling wear:  scattered tiny superficial rubs/scratches.  Nothing signifcant or conspicuous.
Untouched old patina as found.
